Centre for Research and Information (CRI), in collaboration with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the Department of Youth Development(under the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh) is going to organize a workshop to finalize the National Youth Policy 2016. The “Workshop on Finalizing the National Youth Policy” will be held on 27 July, 2016 (Wednesday).
The principal objective of the workshop is to collect feedback, opinions, suggestions and recommendations from key policymakers, stakeholders and experts in the arena of youth development and engagement, in order to finalize the draft National Youth Policy. In addition, the workshop will provide an opportunity to brainstorm on the next steps which include developing an Action Plan for implementing this policy.
CRI is therefore, requesting all youths and youth organizations of Bangladesh to study the draft policy and submit their comments, feedback, suggestions etc. You can find the PDF version of the draft policy here.
